Order Processing

All prints are made to order and carefully inspected before shipment.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

How Prints Are Shipped

All prints are shipped rolled in sturdy mailing tubes using professional fine-art handling standards.

Prints are protected with archival, acid-free glassine
Artwork is rolled loosely to prevent stress on the paper
Tubes are rigid and designed to protect artwork during transit

This is the standard method used by professional artists, galleries, and print studios and is the safest way to ship unframed artwork.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or an equivalent tracked service.

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Print size
Destination
Packaging required to safely ship the artwork

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Multiple Prints

When ordering multiple prints:

Prints may be shipped together when possible
Shipping is based on the largest print size in the order, not per item

This helps keep shipping costs reasonable while maintaining safe packaging.

After Delivery – Care Instructions

When your print arrives:

Remove the print carefully from the tube
Lay it flat on a clean surface
Allow it to relax naturally for several hours or overnight

Your framer can also easily flatten the print during the framing process.

For best results, frame using:

Acid-free mats
UV-protective glass

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
